We develop our sofas in Belgium and produce them near Breslau, in Poland.

Simply vacuum off any dirt. The best way is to use an upholstery nozzle that comes with every hoover. If you want to tackle deeply embedded dirt to preserve the vibrant colour, you can clean the fabric every 6 weeks using upholstery foam that you’ll find in the supermarket. Pay attention to the instructions for use of the product and do a small test run in an inconspicuous place.

You don’t need to panic with stains, but you should act quickly. The early bird catches the worm, particularly those which haven’t yet buried themselves deep in the earth. The following applies for the most common mishaps:

1. Remove dirt with a cloth and dab well – dab, do not rub!
2. 2. Using a damp sponge and a little laundry soap or detergent (if you have it to hand, alternatively use an upholstery cleaner) wipe off using circular movements without applying too much pressure.
3. Remove soap and dirt residues over a large area with clean water.
4. Then you only need to let your Sensoo dry.

Yes. So you don’t have to place your sofa with the back against the wall.

With Sensoo, you don’t get the usual 5-year guarantee on the frame – but on the entire sofa (frame, upholstery, mechanisms, cover, etc.).

No, the back of the sofa must be 8cm away from the wall in order for the Lounge back to fully recline.

The stool and 1-seater: No problem. For 2-seaters and 3-seaters, we recommend getting someone to help you.

Your sofa will be delivered to you in boxes. Here is a list of the packaging items per model:

• 1-Seater: 1 x 88cmx53cmx45cm/ 27,5kg & 1 x 88cmx44cmx78cm / 23 kg
• 2-Seater: 1 x 88cmx53cmx45cm/ 27,5kg & 2 x 88cmx44cmx78cm / 23 kg
• 3-Seater: 1 x 88cmx53cmx45cm/ 27,5kg & 3 x 88cmx44cmx78cm / 23 kg
• Stool: 1 x 88cmx76cmx33cm/ 23kg

To the doorstep of the address provided during the check-out process. Shortly before delivery, you’ll receive an email from DHL which allows you to change the delivery date or location (e.g. with a neighbour, at the nearest branch or parcel point). If you aren’t in and DHL has no other information, the courier will attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour. If they are not at home either, the parcel will be sent to the nearest DHL parcel point.

Yes, if you are a healthy adult. The handles allow for easy lifting. If not, the boxes are designed so that you can slide them along the ground or up steps for short distances.

Yes, you can amend your order until it’s passed over to DHL.

Probably not. DHL doesn’t offer a service that allows us to deliver the various parcels at the same time.
